Reinhard Kalss graduated from Vienna University of Economics and Business and he is founder and managing director of EMCV Management Consulting GmbH. He has been working for six years as a tax advisor with an international tax and accounting firm and for two years he was managing director of an Austrian real estate development company. Reinhard has more than 20 years of experience in real estate projects and real estate transactions across Europe and he has worked many years as managing director of project companies in Austria, Germany and the CEE-region with an investment volume of more than EUR 2.0 billion.
Reinhard Kalss is a member of the Austrian Chamber of Tax Advisors and Public Accountants and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Max Hoffmann studied international business at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and began his career in management consulting at Ernst & Young. Then he was head of controlling of an Austrian real estate developer and head of finance of an international project developer and operator of renewable energy projects in Europe and South America.
Since 2009 he has been working as project manager for projects in Romania, Bulgaria, France, Spain and the Netherlands. Max Hoffmann is a specialist with significant experience in developing and implementing controlling systems and optimising reporting structures.
