We advise our clients on drawing up liquidity plans and preparing the required documentation for banks and other financing partners. We assist in negotiating with banks and take over the ongoing administration of facility agreements after the financing has been concluded. This includes compliance management, ongoing monitoring and control of covenants and regular reporting to financing banks.
